Type One:General Construction

1. Internal Frame Material of Sofa

Type Two:Foam & Cushioning

1. What is the foam density?

The back is 25D and the seat cushion is 28D.

2. Will it be one piece of foam or multi-layered?

Our foam is made of multiple layers stacked together, combining softness and hardness.

3. Can it be made fire retardant – at what extra cost?

Of course, We can made fireproof foam, but the additional charges will be quoted to you based on the quantity of your products and the required dimensions.

 

Type Three:Fabric / Upholstery

1. For the velvet swatches provided, what are the technical specifications?

  • 100% polyester
  • MJ series weighs 280g
  • Quartz series 360g
  • Meg series 450g

2. Is stain-resistant treatment applied?

To better serve the event furniture rental industry, we've upgraded our fabric with a triple-protection system: water-resistant, stain-proof, and oil-repellent properties.

3. Colourfastness to light: what grade?

Level 6

4. What is the durability and abrasion resistance?

Polyester itself is a highly wear-resistant synthetic fiber, so it has excellent durability and wear resistance.

5. Has the white velvet been tested for yellowing and easy stain cleaning?

It has been tested and this situation will not occur under normal use. However, due to long-term use, there will definitely be some wear and tear.

6. Can you ensure 100% consistency and availability of the same fabrics for the next three years?

8. Will the protective covers have elastic bands for easy coverage?

The protective cover is equipped with elastic bands, which makes it very convenient to use.

 

Type Four:Packaging & Logistics

1. Are items packed in the protective covers or in boxes? Which method offers best container efficiency?

Our packaging method involves placing a protective cover over the goods and then packaging them in cartons, providing dual protection. If the container cannot be filled, we will remove some cartons to save space.

2. Is there corner protection and moisture barrier in packaging?

There is corner protection. If moisture-proofing is taken into consideration, we can add desiccants.

3. If cartons are used, we prefer reinforced export-grade cartons.

We use 5-ply regular carton. If you want to use higher-quality cartons, we can customize them with higher weights and harder hardness.

 

Type Five:Quality Control

1. Pre-shipment inspection: random sample check (at least 10% of total order)

Our factory has its own quality inspection staff. After the goods are completed, he will check the quality of all the goods 100%. If there are any problems, he will immediately require the workers to repair them.

2. How do your other clients typically handle QC - themselves or via third-party inspection?

Most of our customers ask us to conduct quality inspections ourselves. A few customers with high requirements will arrange for a third party to come to our factory for inspection by themselves. If you need, you can also arrange for a third party to conduct spot checks at our factory.
